Three brow routes, and how to choose one
All three routes end with brows on the face. They differ in what they cost you: time, Robux, or control over the shape.
| Route | Where it is | What it costs | Use it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brow Pencil | Left tool rail, listed as Brow Pencil among the makeup tools |
Free | You want a shape no item has, or you want brows and lashes in the same round |
| Brow item | Style Studio, Face Extras tab, search brows |
Try-on is free; a style you do not own shows its Robux price on the same row | You want a clean, symmetrical shape in a few clicks and the theme is about the brows |
| Shape stencil | The Shape Stencils pass, or VIP | The pass, 199 Robux in the official text; the game also prompts Shape Stencils or VIP is required. Open Shop to unlock. | You want a traced outline instead of freehand, and you have the pass or VIP |
The pass's own text names an eyebrow shape among the five examples it lists, so one of the stencils is a brow shape. What that outline looks like once placed, and whether it fills or only traces, is not shown in any recording this page checked.
Drawing brows with the Brow Pencil
Select Brow Pencil on the left rail and the right-hand panel switches to the pencil's controls: a colour area, a STRENGTH slider, and a colour picker button. The Classic palette is there, and Custom colour + opens a wider wheel.
- Pick the shade before you touch the face. Hold the brow close to the hair colour. A brow two shades darker than the hair reads as drawn-on; the same shade as the hair reads as part of the head.
- Lower
STRENGTHbefore the first stroke. One recording drew a line at 100% and then the same line at 42%: the second came out as a soft, semi-transparent fill. Build the shape at the lower setting and only raise strength for the darkest hairs at the arch. - Check whether your panel still shows a size control. The two recordings disagree: the 10 October one adjusts
BRUSH SIZEwith the pencil selected, and the 11 October one shows that slider hidden and onlySTRENGTHleft. Read your own panel. If the slider is missing, width comes from stroke length and pressure rather than from a number. - Put the brows on their own layer. The panel shows
LAYERS : 1 / 4with anAdd layerbutton, and its own note says Blend and Wipe act on the selected layer only. Brows drawn on a second layer can be wiped without repainting the base. - Turn Mirror Mode on for the second brow. It is the last entry in the left tool column, not a switch in the right panel. With it on, a stroke on one side appears on the other. Leave it off for anything deliberately one-sided, such as a single stud above one brow.
- Leave
Drawing Assistas your safety net if the strokes wander. Both recordings show the toggle, and in the 11 October one it starts atDrawing Assist OFF. Its tooltip says it keeps the pencil on the eyes and lips, so turn it on when your lines keep sliding onto the eyelid and off when you want to draw outside those areas.
The order that keeps the two brows matching
Eyebrows go wrong at the start, not at the end. Decide the three points of the shape before you fill anything, and draw one side only.
- Inner corner. Start the brow directly above the inner corner of the eye, not above the nose.
- Arch. Put the highest point over the outer edge of the iris. This is the point that decides whether the face reads soft or sharp.
- Tail. Take the brow out towards the temple and stop slightly above the outer corner of the eye. A tail that drops below that line drags the whole face down.
- Fill at low strength. Short upward strokes, one flick at a time, rather than one solid block. The gaps are what make the brow read as hair.
- Carve the bottom edge. Switch to the base skin colour on a small brush and clean along the underside of the brow. This is the step that turns a rough shape into a finished one.
- Undo rather than paint over. A stroke you dislike is one
Undoaway. Painting skin over it usually leaves a patch that shows under the stage light. - Zoom for the hair strokes, zoom out for the check. The view controls rotate the head left and right and toggle a zoom; judge the two brows together at normal distance, then go back in.
Wearing brows as an item instead
- Open Style Studio. The
Hair & Lashesbutton on the bottom bar opens it, and so does the lashes tool on the left rail. - Choose
Face Extrasand searchbrows. The tab bar reads Hair, Lashes and Face Extras. Brows are not filed under the eyebrow brush, so the search box is faster than scrolling. - Try before you buy. Each row offers a free try-on, and rows for items you do not own carry a Robux price with a buy button.
- Fit it with Adjust Fit. Size, left and right, height, and the distance from the face are separate controls. Change one at a time and look at the result, because a brow pushed forward sinks into the face and one pulled back floats above it.
- Know the remove label varies. The remove button has read
Remove Hair,Remove ItemandRemove Face Itemacross the recordings checked here. Read the button in your own session instead of hunting for one wording.
Why your lashes come off when the brows go on
Brow items and lash items share one accessory slot. Equipping a brow removes lashes you were wearing, and equipping lashes removes the brows. That was observed directly: a lash style was fitted, a brow item was then tried on, and the lashes disappeared from the face.
The workaround is the pencil. Painted brows are a layer of colour on the face rather than an item in that slot, so drawing them is the route that leaves the lash slot free. Whether a painted brow and an accessory lash look right together has not been checked in game here, so try it in Freeplay before a themed round depends on it.
The choice per theme is simple: if the prompt is about the eye shape, keep the lashes and skip accessory brows; if it is about the brow shape, keep the brows and add the eye work with eyeshadow instead.
Six things that go wrong, and the fix for each
| What you see | Why | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| The brow is one solid block | Strength stayed high and the strokes were joined | Undo, drop strength to roughly 40-50%, and flick short strokes instead of dragging one line |
| One brow sits higher than the other | Mirror was off, or the head was turned while drawing | Undo the higher brow, square the head to the camera, switch Mirror on, and draw both from one side |
| The brows are dark and heavy under the runway light | Colour chosen from the palette at full strength, with no blending | Soften with the Blender, then lighten the inner corner with the base colour |
| The brow vanished when the lashes went on | The brow was an item, and the two share a slot | Decide which of the two the theme needs, or draw the brow with the pencil instead |
| The stencil asks for a pass | Shape Stencils is gated behind its own pass or VIP | Draw the same outline freehand, or read the pass price before buying it for one shape |
| Clear wiped more than the brows | Clear resets the canvas, not the selected layer |
Use the Wipe tool on the selected layer, and keep brows on a layer of their own so a mistake stays local |
The FREE BROW STAMP name, and what it does not tell you
On 6 October 2026 the developers renamed the listing to Makeup Mania! BETA [FREE BROW STAMP]. The rename is official and it points at brows, but no developer surface says what the stamp is, which control opens it, or whether it makes a paid tool free. The pass list did not change at the same time, and the group's announcement box stayed empty.
The name has moved on since: read on 26 October 2026 the listing is Makeup Mania! BETA [MALE HEAD] on a build dated 25 October 2026. The brow rename is history, not a promise — this game renames itself per update, and the name has pointed at lashes, at a coming update and now at a head inside the same month. Nothing on a developer surface says what the head name adds, and no recording read for this page shows a head choice, so this page states no head option and no brow behaviour behind any of those names.
The one gate the recordings do show is the stencil prompt, Shape Stencils or VIP is required. Open Shop to unlock. So if you find a stamp control in your own session, the question to answer is whether it opens without that pass. If it does, it is free brow tooling; if it asks for the pass, the rename points at something else.
What this page does not claim
- A preset brow menu. Some third-party tutorials describe picking a preset shape from a brow menu. No recording checked here shows one; the tool this site has seen is a pencil you draw with.
- What the free brow stamp is. The rename is official; the behaviour behind it is not stated anywhere public.
- Exact prices for brow items. Prices sit on individual rows and change with the item, so the row in your session is the price.
- That painted brows and accessory lashes combine cleanly. It is the obvious workaround and it is untested here.
- That these labels stay the same. The rail, the panel and the Style Studio tabs have all been renamed at least once in October 2026.
